We always talk up a good game in the offseason. We are always lined to big names, and we wind up getting scrubs. This offseason, we have been linked to Prince Fielder, Aramis Ramirez, and now Roy Oswalt, but all we have done is sign Mark Ellis and Matt Treanor?! We are never going to get better until we can get an owner (Mar Cuban) who has money and can lure in the star players.

in the begining of august, Loney was on his way out…now i don’t know what to think. Loney is playing great baseball, the question is why can’t he do this all year. if he played like this in June & July maybe the dodgers would still be in the race
