The Los Angeles Dodgers have heated up at the perfect time. With veterans, Chase Utley and Adrian Gonzalez, leading the way as they both hit two HRs a piece during the first two games of the Phillies series, the Dodgers have found their way back to the top of the NL West.

Although they dropped the series finale against the Phillies on Thursday night, Justin Turner hit his 23rd HR and his 27th double on the season.

The Dodgers will head to Cincinnati to play a four-game series against the Reds. Bud Norris is scheduled to take the mound for the Friday night game with Brett Anderson penciled in as the starter on Saturday.

In other news, we have the latest news on Clayton Kershaw’s bullpen session, Hyun-Jin Ryu being out for the remainder of the season and more.
