Player of the Day – Jeremy Rathjen

Rathjen has continued to his extremely well since coming back to Rancho from extended Spring Training. The 24-year-old outfielder is batting .382 in 18 games since the All-Star break and he’s homered in two straight games and three of the last five. Rathjen’s latest shot, a grand slam, was the eventual game winner. Rathjen still got work to do, but it’s nice to see him producing.
