Player of the Day – Grant Holmes

Holmes made one mistake, allowing a two-out home run in the first inning, but was strong for five innings yet again. In his first outing with Ogden, he gave up seven runs in 3.1 innings. In three starts since, he’s allowed just 3 runs with 4 walks and 21 strikeouts over 15 innings. Holmes will likely make another start in the playoffs, which is good news for the Raptors.
