Dodgers news: Andrew Toles To Have Season-Ending Surgery
The worst came to fruition for Andrew Toles.
Toles tore his right ACL in last night’s win over Pittsburgh, according to Dave Roberts. Roberts implied yesterday that was the feared scenario.
Toles will have surgery in two weeks. Recovery typically takes six months. Obviously that means Toles won’t play for L.A. again in 2017.

It weakens an already damaged Dodgers outfield. Fellow left fielders Andre Ethier and Franklin Gutierrez have been injury plagued.

It also boasts top prospect Cody Bellinger, who could shift back to left when Adrian Gonzalez comes off the disabled list.

Devastating news. Toles will be sorely missed. Get well and begin rehab as quickly as possible. Fortunately the Dodgers haves option but Toles was having a great start to the 2017 season.

Wow! Andrew was playing well…I hate to see anyone get injured. Unfortunately, injuries are a part of sports…Go Blue!
