Dodgers News: Four Dodger Prospects To Play In Arizona Fall League
The Dodgers just announced that four prospects will be playing in the Arizona Fall League, which starts on October 8. Corey Seager headlines the list as he recently was promoted to Class A Rancho from Low A in Midland.
Seager is only hitting .165 in 21 games with Rancho, but he does have four home runs and 13 RBIs as he’s quickly become the Dodgers best position player prospect.
According to DodgersPR, there are four position player prospects participating with four pitchers TBA:

Of the four, O’Brien and Maynard are both catchers while Cavazos-Galvez is the lone outfielder of the bunch. O’Brien, Maynard and Seager are all with Rancho, while Cavazos-Galvez is with Double A Chattanooga.
It isn’t known why the Dodgers haven’t announced the pitchers that will participate, but that announcement should be coming sometime in the near future. The Dodgers players will be apart of the Glendale Desert Dodgers and their spring training facility at Camelback Ranch will be their home field.
The Fall League runs until the middle of November and it’ll be interesting to see which prospects take the next step in their development as Seager will be one everyone focuses on.
