Dodgers infielder Justin Sellers was arrested in West Sacramento last night for doing wheelies on a motorcycle.
But that wasn’t it.
Police tried pulling Sellers, 26, over for the stunts, and he wouldn’t listen; instead electing to lead officials on a short chase.
Quickly the infielder gave up though and turned himself in to authorities.
Sellers hit .205/.286/.386 with one home run and two RBIs in 19 games for the Dodgers in 2012.
If there was anything going for Sellers at this point; it’s gone now thanks to this stunt.
He missed the majority of last season thanks to a bulging disc in his lower back.
The Dodgers organization is yet to release any statement regarding the situation.
