Dodgers News: L.A. Showing Flashes of 2013’s 42-8 Run
The Dodgers have been running on all cylinders over the last two weeks.
Their success goes all the way back over the course of their last 50 games where they are sporting a 36-14 record.
The Dodgers are 36-14 since late April. It's the 5th best 50-game stretch in franchise history.

It is no 42-8… at least not yet. The team has now won 11 of their last 12 games after they obliterated the New York Mets on Tuesday night when they took game two of the four game series.
Much of this could be credited to Cody Bellinger who has been on a home run barrage since he arrived to the team on April 25. More than just Bellinger is hitting home runs, as the Dodgers have just had their most powerful stretch of games in over 100 years.
The Dodgers have hit 27 HR in their last 10 games. That's the most powerful 10 game stretch in 134 years of Dodger baseball.

And finally, what has gone unnoticed due to the ultimate offensive powerhouse the offense has become is the fact that Kershaw, Wood and McCarthy have become the best top three rotation in all of baseball.
Courtesy of Joe Davis, he tweeted this before McCarthy took the mound last night, where he added six shutout innings to their stats.
The Dodgers top 3 of Kershaw/McCarthy/Wood has the #1 ERA and #1 WHIP of any rotation top 3 in baseball.

The 2017 Dodgers seem to have everything that the 2013 Dodgers have and more…
Let’s not forget that the 2013 team was one game and a Hanley Ramirez broken rib away from the World Series that year.
Cody Bellinger hits 10th HR in 10 games
Simply devine.
