Valenzuela finished in the Top 5 of Cy Young Award voting on four separate occasions, which included his win in 1981, as well as his runner-up finish in 1986.

He was a 6-time All-Star, won a Gold Glove, and also had 173 career wins, 141 of which came during his 11 seasons as a member of the Los Angeles Dodgers.

During that 1981 season with the Dodgers, Valenzuela helped propel the team to a World Series crown as they dispatched of their rival New York Yankees.

Julio Cesar Chavez is a boxing icon who finished with a career 107-6-2 record, and is widely seen as one of the greatest pugilists who ever lived.

Head on down to the WSS grand opening to meet both of them. It’s surely going to be a treat.
