Dodgers Win: Scott Van Slyke Saves the Day in 3-2 Win
Another day, another win! Dodgers take the series winning 3-2 in a grueling pitchers duel between Clayton Kershaw and Patrick Corbin.
The D-Backs started early in the bottom of the second when Weeks hit a solo shot to left. Lets just say it took us a while to get the bats going…

The game was fairly silent after that, that is until Scott Van SMASH hit a 3-run shot to left to break the game open!

The Diamondbacks answered in the bottom of the 6th with one run, but Kershaw settled in nicely after that.

The rest of the game was quiet as Kershaw, Blanton, and Jansen got it done and kept the Diamondbacks to 2 runs. Kershaw gets his 10th win on the season and Jansen ties the franchise record for most saves by a Dodger!
Kershaw is now 10-1 on the year and Kenley is now tied for the franchise record in saves
