If you are still recovering from the madness that was this NFL weekend, you are among friends. However, while most of us were probably watching the games from home, Los Angeles Dodgers catcher Yasmani Grandal was not.

Grandal tweeted a picture out on Saturday during the NFC Divisional Round match-up between the Green Bay Packers and Arizona Cardinals.

Grandal definitely got his moneys worth as his Cardinals defeated the Packers 26-20 in an epic overtime, and will now move on to the NFC Championship game. Cardinals wide receiver Larry Fitzgerald hands down was the MVP of that game, scoring the game winning touchdown. Unfortunately, seems Grandal’s teammate and Dodgers pitcher Alex Wood wished Fitzgerald would have that performance during the regular season.

Luckily for Wood, his frustrations went away on Sunday when his Carolina Panthers hosted the Seattle Seahawks. Wood posted on twitter that he would be rocking his Panthers Luke Kuechly all weekend. Seems that brought his team luck as the Panthers will move on to the next round taking down the Seahawks 31-24.

Seems next Sunday will be interesting as Wood’s Panthers will host Grandal’s Cardinals for a chance to head to Super Bowl 50.

And for my non-football fans you aren’t the only ones who didn’t catch any games this weekend. Dodgers outfielder Scott Van Slyke is President of that club.

Other members include center fielder Joc Pederson and right fielder Yasiel Puig. Puig and Pederson decided to go paint balling this weekend and face off in a battle of their own.
