Social Media Reacts to Dodgers Wild 4-3 Win Over the Nationals
Of course, the dugout and what was left of the Los Angeles Dodgers’ bullpen erupted as Clayton Kershaw struck out the final batter to preserve a 4-3 win over the Washington Nationals.
Manager Dave Roberts had to make some desperate moves in order to ensure the Dodgers’ playoff future. The moves included using Joe Blanton in the third inning, pitching Kenley Jansen in the seventh inning and utilizing Kershaw for the last two outs of the game.
The win punched a ticket to Chicago for a date with the Cubs in the National League Championship with a trip to the World Series on the line. As one could assume, social media erupted as well.

The NLCS is set to begin Saturday, Oct. 15 in Chicago.
