Well that was fast! Earlier in the afternoon, Adrian González took to twitter to talk about adding the appropriate accent to the name on his jersey.  He went on to challenge Kiké to do the same.

Kiké didn’t mess around, either.  In just a couple of hours, Kiké now has his very own accented, “Á,” and has passed along A-Gon’s challenge to other Latino Major Leaguers.

Perhaps González and Hernández can start movement throughout all of baseball amongst their fellow Latinos.  After all, Los Angeles is an appropriate place for such a movement to start.
