Yasiel PuigLos Angeles Dodgers’ outfielder Yasiel Puig has become one of the better known faces on the team and around the city after a rookie season in which he hit .319 with 19 home runs and 42 RBI to help the team reach the NLCS.

As a part of their upcoming Cuba issue by ESPN the Magazine, they took time to sit down with the eccentric outfielder and follow him around his off-season home in Miami. Puig has been seen everywhere this off-season, including running baseball camps for children at Dodger Stadium, meeting with children in the hospital and even courtside at most Laker games. In the video, Puig calls the children he visits and talks to his heroes and that the great feeling after meeting is mutual.

A budding superstar, Puig graces the cover of the February issue of the magazine that will be available February 7.
