VIDEO: Vin Scully Mimics Umpire After Taking Foul Tip

Hall of Fame broadcaster Vin Scully has had his share of famous sayings and moments in his illustrious career. The 86-year-old is revered for his stories, timing and sometimes, sense of humor in the booth.

During Monday night’s game at Dodger Stadium, the home plate umpire took a foul tip off the groin and Scully again delivered a moment that only he can deliver. When imitating a conversation between the catcher and umpire when shown on the screen, Scully mimicked the umpire’s voice in a high-pitch voice. For those watching, it provided them with another reason why Scully is considered the best in the business.

Scully announced last week that he will be returning for a 66th season with the Dodgers and fans will be able to experience more moments like the one on Monday.

H/T to Lana Berry for the video.
