Advice For Getting COVID-19 Testing Done at Dodger Stadium

Dodger Stadium is now one of the largest testing locations for COVID-19 in all of California. With the ability to test over 6000 people a day, it is far and away the most efficient center in Los Angeles, and likely the state.

Are you planning on going to Dodger Stadium soon for testing? If so, this experience from Reddit user u/appleavacado might be useful. This person posted their trip to the stadium for testing in the Dodgers’ subreddit and offered up some advice.

I went to Blue Heaven last Wednesday at 10AM, and was in and out in 45 minutes. The result was sent to my email. Just posting to give everyone an idea of the turnaround time.

My advice: schedule the earliest appointment possible, go there some time prior, and be prepared to wait in your car. Also, it’s hot and you’re not supposed to eat or drink anything (including water) some 30 minutes prior to swabbing. Be patient, wear Dodgers gear, and be prepared to not be able to use any public restroom while you wait.

We should note that in the post, the user clarified that their test came back negative. But we’re very thankful for the passing of their experience with testing at Dodger Stadium. It’s all very helpful information, so make sure you go prepared! Stay safe, and stay healthy.

To schedule your test, visit the updated Fulgent Booking System, or consult your physician.
