Dodgers: Adrian Gonzalez Lists Massive Mansion For $16 Million

Former Dodgers first baseman Adrian Gonzalez looks to be doing well for himself in the real estate market. The longtime big leaguer is looking to sell his La Jolla mansion, placing it on the market this month. And it’s one heck of a place for those that have….a LOT of money.

The massive half-acre estate is being listed for a whopping $16.48 million. Records indicate that the Dodgers All-Star paid a very “low” $7.2 million for the house back in 2010. That would be a heck of a payoff if it sells for that amount.

The home is roughly 10,000 square feet and faces toward the ocean in La Jolla. It also has 7 bedrooms and 9.5 bathrooms and features a 2-seat movie theater, wine cellar, tasting room, game room, gym, and elevator. It’s quite the house.

Before he ended up with the Dodgers, Gonzo was born in  San Diego and played his High School ball there. He would go on to be drafted in the 1st round out of Eastlake High by the Marlins back in 2000.
