It’s been a rough week for the Los Angeles Dodgers as they have lost three in a row to the Texas Rangers. The teams had a four-game, home-and-home series and the Dodgers have been on the losing end in each game.

Zack Greinke is on the mound for the Dodgers, who are looking to avoid their first four-game losing streak since September of 2013. Greinke is coming off a tough loss on Saturday night against the San Diego Padres. He pitches eight innings and allowed just two runs; however, he allowed an eight-inning home run to Justin Upton that was the difference in a 2-1 loss. Since notching his fifth win on May 5, the right-hander has gone seven starts without a win, despite a 2.28 ERA in that time.

For the Rangers, they recalled right-hander Anthony Ranaudo before the game to make the start. He’s made one start this year, going just 1.2 innings and allowing six runs.

The Dodger offense has sputtered this series, scoring just six runs in the three games. None of the players on the team have faced Ranaudo before and they will be looking to jumpstart the offense before a weekend series with the San Francisco Giants.

Alberto Callaspo gets the start at third base with Justin Turner getting a night off. Joc Pederson is back in the lineup and pushes Yasiel Puig back to second after a night at leadoff.
