Dodgers: Big Bellinger, McKinstry Update, How to Wake Up Offense, Doc’s Bold Claim & More

On this week’s Dodgers rewind we look back at another disappointing week for the Boys In Blue, who went 1-5 for the week and have now lost fifteen of their last 20 games. We assess LA’s performance and try to pinpoint where it all went wrong for the offense. Also, who’s hot/who’s not and why Mookie Betts and Corey Seager could be on the verge of a hot streak. Plus, despite not many to pick from, the Dodgers best and funniest moments of the week!

Next, we get the very latest on Cody Bellinger and Zach McKinstry and the earliest we could see them back in the lineup. Belli posted a video of him running on his Instagram page that could mean that reinforcements are close.

Next, we preview the Dodgers week seven schedule and discuss if the Dodgers can get back on track at home. Plus, Dave Roberts makes a bold claim about where the Dodgers will finish in the NL West.

  1. who would have guessed the player the team misses the most is the rookie utility guy backfilling Kike. Zach we need you – hurry back when you are ready!

  2. What if we bring Albert to the Dodgers to hit left handers and spell Muncy at 1st base? Muncy is not hitting much. If Albert gets into a groove, move Muncy to 2nd base.

  3. I’m sorry but no-o-o. I liked Albert, he was a great hitter in his prime and played the game a long time in the right way. I hate to see elite players struggle to keep up w/ the speed of the game, ala., Willie Mays, Chase Utley, Kobe, and others. Injuries and father time takes it’s toll to compete on their standards. Retire w/ dignity.
