  1. I was really impressed with HOW the Dodgers won. Once they got tired of hitting fly balls to the warning track, they started playing baseball and it was fun to watch!

    1. Yep. Especially Will Smith. Five hits. Two doubles and three singles. No home runs. He just hit the ball pure and clean. This is how to play the game. Good contact that generates hits. Some hits will go over the fence, but that’s not the objective. The objective is to drive in runs and trust the guys behind you to get you home as well. Smith did it the right way. He won’t forget this game, nor should he. This was a huge step for him, much bigger than his initial home run spurt last year that fizzled as the season went on. Now he can really be an outstanding catcher and hitter by playing within himself.
