For Dodgers fans and countless Angelenos, local street artist Jonas Never, who is responsible for many of the amazing murals decorating Los Angeles, might be responsible for some of the best tourist attractions around the city. If you don’t know his name you’ll definitely recognize his work.
Most famously, his depiction of the legendary Joe Kelly pouty face brought him into the spotlight this summer.
I love LA!! Thank you so much Joe Kelly for coming by today, thank you to his amazing wife @ashleynicokelly for making it happen, thank you to my buddy Alex Anam for the pics & @redturn2 for being you. Go Dodgers! #niceswingbitch pic.twitter.com/0siYFAEOzx

But it’s not just LA sports that he memorializes in paint.
5 days and an unbelievable amount of @MontanaPaint to do this 41’ lizard king in Venice Beach. #JimMorrison actually lived/crashed here and they shot the Doors here, as well pic.twitter.com/RDrbTreYKY

Well, once again, Never has worked his magic. For his Christmas present this year, Ellen Kershaw had her husband Clayton’s World Series moment immortalized.
Every Dodgers fan knows how many trials Clayton has had to overcome on his path to being a World Series Champion. And every setback seemed to only make him more determined. With 2020 being such a difficult year on and off the field, this was a much needed “gift” not just for Clayton but for Los Angeles as well.
