The Dodgers and Astros are set to kick off a 2-game series in Houston tonight. It will be the first time the 2 teams face off since the massive cheating scandal broke before the 2020 season. Naturally, fans are excited to make their way down to Houston for the series.
The Astros have been mercilessly taunted everywhere they’ve gone in the 2021 season. In Oakland, fans showed up with cheater signs and fake camera equipment. In Anaheim, trashcans rained down from the stadium seats in right field. In New York…well, they used their New York charm on Jose Altuve.
And while the Dodgers will have to go to Houston to face them this time, their fans are coming along. Hundreds, if not thousands of LA fans are expected to make their way to Texas for this 2-game series. And this fan-made hype video for it is everything you need.

There is no lost love between these 2 teams heading into the series. The Dodgers will obviously play like it’s another game, but it’s also hard to ignore the history. Joe Kelly sparked off the benches-clearing incident in 2020, and I’m sure Astros fans are hoping he makes an appearance.
The Astros and Dodgers both come into this series looking to take first place in their divisions. Los Angeles is a half-game behind the Padres and Houston is a game behind the Oakland A’s. Expect it to be a good one!
