Dodgers: Flashback to Mookie Betts Joining LA (Backstage Dodgers)

2020 hasn’t been without its challenges. A devastating pandemic. A shortened baseball season. And too many more things to list. But there was something great that happened for the Dodgers and Dodger fans, and no, this time I’m not talking about winning the World Series.

The Dodgers acquired superstar outfielder Mookie Betts. All the way back in February, Andrew Friedman finally got his man and signaled then what Dave Roberts would exclaim many months later…

This is our year.

The Dodgers knocked it out of the park when they saved Mookie from Boston (sorry, Dugie). Thankfully, Mookie repaid the favor and brought home that elusive ring for LA. Hopefully the first of many in blue.
