Dodgers: Justin Turner Throws Some Sneaky Shade at ESPN

Every once in a while, a big sports outlet lets out something that has fans in an uproar. Sometimes it’s funny, and sometimes it’s not. But Dodgers fans all had a good laugh this past week after Clayton Kershaw broke the franchise strikeout record.

It started when ESPN posted a graphic to congratulate Kershaw. Everything looked fine, except where the part where they called him The Claw. That nickname is listed on his Baseball-Reference profile for reasons that are far beyond me. But there isn’t a Dodgers fan out there that would call him that.

But it wasn’t just Dodgers fans that had caught on. After the game, Justin Turner posted his own congratulatory photo for Kersh. And the caption he went with had everyone laughing.
