Dodgers: Kiké Hernandez Gets Last Laugh With Hecklers

Pinch hit homer ignites the Dodgers utility man.

On Thursday night in a Colorado slug-fest, the Dodgers sent Kiké Hernandez to the on-deck circle as a pinch hitter in the 9th inning. There, Hernandez spent some time making some friends.

Thanks to Jomboy and the production work on the video within the tweet above, we are able to isolate to audio from some offending fans/friends, which we’ll leave up to you to listen to.

Kiké took that heckling to the plate as an inspiration and sent a 2-2 fastball to the deepest part of Coors Field.

An obviously pumped up Hernandez flew around the bases and blew some sweet kisses to the hecklers, much to their enjoyment.

At the end of it all, good fun was had by Hernandez, and that group of denizens at Coors Field.

The Dodgers went on to beat the Rockies 12-8.
