For not having any baseball this week, Dodgers fans sure did have quite a bit to talk about. From stadium renovation updates to Vin Scully making an appearance, it was a busy week in Los Angeles. 

Things got a little bit exciting when we got another look at Dodger Stadium’s renovations. The aerial footage came at a time when the Dodgers were supposed to have kicked off their season.

Things went from bad to worse when it was announced MLB made a deal that would open the door for the worst-case scenario. The deal makes it so that Mookie Betts could potentially leave for free agency without ever playing a game for the Dodgers.

  1. I guess we will see just how much integrity Mookie has. Taking a full season’s salary (assuming no games are played) and then walking away doesn’t say much for anyone.

  2. Why would Mookie owe us anything? The same can be said for every single player this season. This is silly.
