Dodgers News And Rumors: Kershaw Displays Complete Skill-Set

[new_royalslider id=”10″]

Los Angeles Dodgers ace Clayton Kershaw is excelling in his seventh year in the Majors. Although he did miss roughly one month at the beginning of the season when he went on the disabled list, Kershaw has been nothing short of superb following the injury.

Kershaw is regarded as one of the best pitchers in the game, but he’s recently shown his capabilities off the mound. The reigning NL Cy Young Award winner made a highlight-reel catch in his latest start that not only prevented a run from scoring but also resulted in an inning-ending double play.

In the same game, Kershaw added an RBI single and scored a run, and expressed his happiness with being able to help the team aside from just his pitching. Manager Don Mattingly supported his pitcher’s efforts and said he isn’t worried about Kershaw laying himself out for the team because of his training.
