We had one last opportunity to get Justin Turner to the All-Star game and it happened. Turner took first place, edging out the reigning National League Most Valuable Player, Kris Bryant.

After four days of nonstop voting through text messages, typing in numbers over and over on the voting website and ending off the adventure with a few power hours of twitter voting, the campaign was a success.

Justin Turner has now officially been added to the 2017 National League All-Star roster as a reserve.

Turner will be joining four other teammates: Cody Bellinger, Corey Seager, Clayton Kershaw and Kenley Jansen.
