Dodgers: Nomar Garciaparra Appears in Online Golf Series

Born in Whittier, California, Nomar Garciaparra is a Southern California boy who was adopted in the East by the Boston Red Sox. In 2006, Garciaparra returned home and played for the Los Angeles Dodger for a few seasons.

Mark Willard and the SCGA welcomed Garciaparra into the golf cart in the ‘Celebrities in Golf Cart’ series. While the series is based on the golf course, we get an inside look and peek into the conversations between the two. Our favorite video is Garciaparra’s explanation of the Dodgers cap and the significance behind it.
