  1. The Mets have always been the favorite to land Bauer. They have a new owner whose money is burning a hole in his pocket. Bauer makes them an instant contenders. They already grabbed Lindor to bolster their everyday playing core. It would be logical to land Bauer to bolster the rotation. The Dodgers have solid rotation as is. Nobody from last year has moved on. Kersh has new found velocity. Buehler should be able to avoid blister issues after talking to Rich Hill about overcoming them last year. Urias may be coming into his own after a great postseason last year and the shoulder injury looking like a distant memory. May is a flamethrower with nasty movement. Gonsolin has all kinds of breaking balls. And maybe Price can do something. That would be 6 capable starters. But if AF wants to get Bauer it’s OK with me, as long as we re-sign JT. Seager also needs to be extended before he becomes a free agent.

  2. Bauer will be signing with the Mets AF has no intention of signing him and going over the luxury tax, Bet on it,

  3. I hope He signs with the Dodgers. i’m sure he would prefer to play in His home town. Then sign J.T. and we will be all set for another World Series and maybe more to come.
