Dodgers: Tik Tok Dog Predicts World Series Title for LA

Now that’s a Dodger dog!

This is what we call hard hitting journalism here folks. We now know who will win the 2021 World Series this October. Spoiler alert: it will be the Dodgers. The source? A corgi on Tik Tok.

Let’s take a look at the results…

Note: some of the labels are wrong on the video, but it’s easy enough to follow along.

So, according to the science-based approach here, this corgi — @aricorg on Tik Tok — has the Dodgers taking out the Cardinals in the NL Wild Card game, then besting the Giants in the NLDS before once again toppling the Braves in the NLCS. The World Series would feature LA defeating the hated cheaters in Houston.

Now, before you go putting all your money on this, it’s important to note that perhaps this method and perhaps even this dog might not be trustworthy.

However, if you’re the type of person that’s looking for a sign — any sign, really — that the Dodgers can run it back as world champs this year, this is as good as any.

LA wraps up its season series against the San Diego Padres (who notably are very much not in the playoffs) tonight at Dodger Stadium. Tony Gonsolin gets the ball against right-hander Vince Velasquez.
