Dodgers: Update on Andrew Toles’ Legal Battle, Good News for the Former LA Outfielder

The Charges against former Dodger Andrew Toles have been dropped. The former Dodgers outfielder, who played in 96 games with the club from 2016-2018, was arrested and charged with misdemeanor trespassing after he was found sleeping behind a Key West Florida airport.

Thankfully Toles’ case has been dropped and the word is that the 28-year-old began inpatient treatment for his illness. Even though he was with the Dodgers for a short time, Tolesy quickly became a fan favorite along with having an impact on the field. While his health is the most important part of this, perhaps one day he can make his triumphant return to the big leagues and enjoy a resurgence in his 30s.

  1. Uhh Doug, CORRECTION, Andrew Toles is still a Dodger. He is on the Restricted List, and they actually have to make a move by the end of this month on him, because you can only keep a player there for 2 years.
