Set to start the year in center field for the Los Angeles Dodgers, Andre Ethier has had a decent spring showing, hitting .273 in 22 at-bats thus far.

He filled in well for the injured Matt Kemp in center field last season and ended the year with 12 home runs, but had yet to hit a home run this spring. Today, that changed when Ethier hit a three-run home run off Oakland Athletics pitcher Jarrod Parker. The left-handed slugger came up with Carl Crawford on second and Hanley Ramirez on first and drove the 1-0 pitch over the right field wall to give the Dodgers a 3-0 lead. Juan Uribe would add another home run later in the inning to put the Dodgers up 4-0 in the first.

Today marks the last week of Spring Training for the team before they board a plane and head to Australia for their two-game opening series against the Arizona Diamondbacks.
