The Dodgers have decided to give their young ace, Walker Buehler, an additional two days of rest by moving him from his scheduled start date of Sunday vs. the Giants to Tuesday, when they face Baltimore on the road.

The Dodgers starting rotation has been experiencing a bit of fatigue with Hyun-Jin Ryu being one of the most prominent of the starters showing signs of needed rest. Buehler will have an opportunity to polish up his road performances against one of the American League’s bottom dwellers.

The question now is who will be taking Walker’s place on Sunday and what will be the ripple effects for the rest of the rotation as we head towards the end of the regular season.
