Dodgers fans might soon get their wish as teams start to express interest in Yasel Puig. While he may not be coming home to Los Angeles, it looks like he might be out of the NL entirely.
Puig has long been a fan favorite for the Dodgers’ faithful, and as such, we like to keep tabs on what he’s up to. The Giants had expressed interest in him before baseball had shut down, and had apparently made an offer. It’s unclear if that offer is still on the table, but San Francisco does have plenty of depth in the outfield.
Lucky, there’s a chance that Dodgers fans don’t have to seem him wreak havoc on the NL West this year. It was reported on Saturday that the Baltimore Orioles had reached out to Puig and even made him an official offer.
The Orioles are interested in signing Yasiel Puig and have made at least one offer, according to a source.

For Puig, the Orioles could be a great place for him to land, either long-term or on a short deal. There are not any clear stars on the team and he could easily put fans in the seats for a team deeply entrenched in an entire rebuild. As of now, Baltimore has a relatively even platoon split among their outfielders. Dodgers fans certainly wouldn’t mind seeing him as far away from the NL West as possible, since we know what he can do on the field.
