Dodgers OF Yasiel Puig Just Had an Amazing Weekend in Colorado
Last week, we talked about the maturation of Yasiel Puig and how important he is to the future of the Los Angeles Dodgers.
This past weekend in Colorado, the Dodgers won the weekend series versus the Rockies and most importantly, Dodgers Nation was able to catch another glimpse of how special Puig can be.
Let’s start with Friday night’s CANNON Throw that made SportsCenter’s Top 10 plays

Then on Saturday night, Puig attends a local high school’s prom:
@YasielPuig crashed prom where I coach. Ruined the Rockies' night; made the kids' unforgettable. Call it even. 🙂 https://t.co/P6FLW3zyhM

On Sunday, he goes full speed into the right field wall to make an amazing save of a catch:

I’m liking what I see in Puig so far this season. He’s showed a willingness to mature in several ways and I’m sure the fans can appreciate that. He has great talent. All he has to do is channel his efforts in the right direction, listen to veteran players, keep his nose clean, and there’s no telling what he’s capable of. Looking forward to a fab season from him. Please don’t disappoint.
