Free Joe Kelly, Fire Rob Manfred, Trashing the Astros | Blue Heaven Podcast

Episode 138: “Free Joe Kelly, Fire Rob Manfred”

After an extended offseason of failure and an otherwise flop of a tenure, the Blue Heaven Boys have seen enough of MLB commissioner Rob Manfred. The coward and his cronies took it upon themselves to suspend national treasure Joe Kelly the equivalent of 22 games in a regular season.

Clint and Brook are untethered and their rage knows no bounds.

  1. So many are getting on the bandwagon. Manfred must go and anyone who goes along with his idiot ideas of how to run MLB. He has no loyalty, only loyalty to a certain few teams that may be backstabbers like him. How do we get rid of him? This kind of manure has to stop. Go DODGERS!

  2. Can we start an online petition to fire Manfred? It wouldn’t carry any legal weight, but maybe it would be a wake-up call for all team owners of teams not named the Astros.

  3. Agree one hundred per cent. This guy is the worst thing that has ever happened to base ball. Fire the clown. One thing I noticed about the Astros series…..they don’t hit nearly as well when they don’t know what pitch is coming.

  4. All of the Astros are guilty, but the reason so much anger persists throughout baseball is Manfred’s completely irresponsible and incompetent actions. He was responsible for addressing the issue and punishing those responsible, and he did not do so. He should be fired, and the players who were responsible for the egregious acts should be punished. If this were done, the anger would subside, and we could go back to enjoying baseball.

  5. Manfred issued a warning not to retaliate against the Astros simply because they suffered no penalties. Then Joe Kelly gets 8 games for nothing. This is like the story of Cain and Abel. When God banished Cain he was afraid someone would see him and kill him. Therefore God said anyone harming Cain would receive sevenfold punishment. The Astros as Cain? Makes sense to me.
