Kiké Did Something You’ll Rarely See An Outfielder Do Last Night

While last night’s game was certainly lackluster on both offense and defense, in a long season sometimes you have to look for a silver lining.   Kiké Hernández is certainly one of the Dodgers who has fun and plays hard, no matter what.

How often do you see an outfielder record two outfield assists and all three outs in an inning? Pretty special stuff from the man wearing a new jersey.

Kiké’s ability to fill in wherever the Dodgers have needed him has been an asset since he arrived last season from Miami. His self proclaimed title, “Super Utility,” seems fitting when you see things like this.

  1. I’ve been a huge Kike fan since he was traded to the Dodgers! He is the reason why I believe the Dodgers won the Gordon trade! Also Barnes is a very good player.
