With the Los Angeles Dodgers in New York on an off day, Yasiel Puig took the opportunity to visit the MLB Fan Cave. The Fan Cave is in its fourth season and it’s the site of MTV2’s program Off The Bat From The MLB Cave. During the visit, Puig took time to pose doing his signature bat flip and he played video games.
As for on-the-field results, Puig is showing no signs of a sophomore slump, hitting .322 with nine home runs and 35 RBIs. The right fielder had a 16-game hitting streak snapped Sunday that also coincided with an eight-game extra-base hit and RBI streak.
The Los Angeles Dodgers dropped two of three against the Arizona Diamondbacks over the weekend and begin a three-game series with the New York Mets on Tuesday.
