The Los Angeles Dodgers began their 4-game series vs. the Milwaukee Brewers at Dodger Stadium to kick off their 7-game home stand. Scott Kazmir was on the mound for the Boys in Blue with Chase Utley in the leadoff spot.

Before the game the Dodgers had a moment of silence for the victims in the Orlando shootings.

Kazmir came out strong heading to the third inning in a scoreless game, and Corey Seager showing off some defensive moves.

In the top of the 3rd it was a different story as the Brewers went up 3-0.

Fortunately, Trayce Thompson had something special in store for the Brewers.

Kazmir’s night was done early as Casey Fien came in for the Dodgers. Unfortunately, things only got worse.

In the sixth, Howie Kendrick came in clutch for the Dodgers.

And so did Joc Pederson.

Unfortunately, the Dodgers couldn’t close out the game losing to the Brewers on a 2-run home run by Jonathan Villar in the top of the 9th.
