Spell It Right: Adrian González
Adrian González has had an illustrious career as both a slugger and a Gold Glove first baseman. Despite all of his accolades over 16 seasons, it was apparently just Monday afternoon that El Titan walked on to the field with his name spelled correctly for the very first time.
Gonzo unveiled the change this afternoon on his Twitter account:
Después de 16 años en las grandes ligas solo me faltaba ponerle acento a una cosa. @kikehndez te reto #ponleacento. pic.twitter.com/lPwALrhR8G

For you non Spanish speakers out there, Adrian’s tweet reads, “After 16 years in the big leagues, I just now put an accent on the thing.” He also went on to challenge Kiké Hernandez to do the same.
