The Gala served as a fundraiser with the proceeds benefiting the Dodgers Dreamfields and Reviving Baseball in the Inner City program. The Dreamfields program builds and refurbishes baseball and softball fields in the Los Angeles area and has already completed 50 fields. The Reviving Baseball in the Inner City program works to increase sports participation, while also bringing resources to underserved communities. The Foundation has already funded $21 million into serving the Los Angeles Community while benefiting over 10,000 children in the area.

During this sold-out event, attendees took part in the blue carpet, food trucks, dinner and the musical performance. Celebrity appearances included Chrissy Teigen and Terry Crews, as well as nearly the entire Dodgers roster and coaching staff. The event concluded with the performance by John Legend.

With tickets ranging from $1,000 individual tickets to sponsorship deals costing $100,000, the Gala has raised over $1 million each year. Most importantly, Monday’s event continued the Dodgers Foundation’s mission of serving children in the Los Angeles area.
