VIDEO: Dodgers Max Muncy Hit By Pitch and Taken out of Padres Game
In the Dodgers final game of the Padres series, Max Muncy came up to bat vs. Matt Strahm and was hit by a pitch that made Dodger fans cringe after what they’ve seen Chris Taylor go through.
The Max Muncy hit by pitch. Looks like it wasn't as bad as Chris Taylor's injury.
Let's just hope x-rays come back negative. pic.twitter.com/l4ugXDehN6

The ball hit Muncy in the right wrist and the noise looks like it came off the knob of the bat after deflecting off his wrist. Max was in obvious pain as he walked to first base and the Dodgers trainer and Dave Roberts came out of the dug out to see if he was okay. As a pre-caution, Roberts took Max out of the game and replaced him with Jedd Gyorko.
We’ll have more as we get more information.
*Update – 8:53p PT
. @AlannaRizzo reports that Max Muncy has a right wrist contusion.
. . . but that's what they said about Chris Taylor, too, right?

Stay Tuned.
Of course they do nothing about it. So tired of this spineless team
I take that back they just drilled someone back for once. Good
Teams, especially the losers in their division, have been hitting and continue to throw AT the Dodgers on purpose, trying to injure their players.
