VIDEO: Matt Kemp Hits Two-Run Home Run Against DBacks

Los Angeles Dodgers’ outfielder Matt Kemp has enjoyed some success against the Arizona Diamondbacks in his career.

The Dodgers began a two-game series in Arizona on Tuesday and Kemp once again found himself in the cleanup spot in the lineup. He wasted no time in helping the team take the lead. In the first inning, Kemp came to the plate with Adrian Gonzalez on first and two outs against Diamondbacks starter Trevor Cahill. Kemp turned on an inside pitch and drove it over the wall in left field to give the Dodgers a 2-0 lead.

That lead would turn into a 2-2 tie before the Dodgers scored six runs in the fourth inning en route to a 9-5 victory over their division foes. The two teams play one more game on Wednesday night before the Dodgers head to San Diego to take on the Padres.
