Very few people can recall a time when Vin Scully wasn’t calling Dodger games, but once upon a time Vin was just a student at Fordham University. It was at Fordham that Vin Scully met Larry Miggins, a baseball player.
Vin and Larry shared a special dream together as students; one wanted to be a Major League Baseball announcer and the other, a Major Leaguer. Watch Vin recount his experience narrating his old friend’s finest moment:
