After taking two of three from the San Francisco Giants in a pivotal series with division title implications, the Los Angeles Dodgers’ road trip continued in Colorado Monday.
The two teams last met in July, also at Coors Field when the Dodgers won three of the four games. Although the Dodgers were sending the struggling Roberto Hernandez to the mound in the series opener, they had reason to be in good spirits given their successful series against the Giants.
Yasiel Puig and Juan Uribe turned that into dancing in the dugout prior to first pitch. As Puig and Uribe were concentrated on their respective dances, Hanley Ramirez entered the picture and gave Uribe two playful slaps on the top of his head.
The trio of players of course are no strangers to being involved in various dugout antics that range from turning Uribe into a human bobblehead to interrupting SportsNet LA’s Alanna Rizzo’s in-dugout report.
