As Los Angeles Lakers Kobe Bryant played his last game in the NBA, Dodgers’ players paid tribute to the Black Mamba. Plus, is Dodgers’ Justin Turner running for President? We preview his ad campaign, all this and much more on Dodgers Nation report.
The Los Angeles Dodgers ended Wednesday night with a victory over the Arizona Diamondbacks. Just down the street at Staples Center Lakers legend Kobe Bryant did the same capping off a 20 year career with the Lakers.
Last night was the final chapter to an incredible story. I walk away at peace knowing my love for the game & this city will never be broken.

Yasiel Puig is a huge Kobe fan being at multiple Laker games throughout the season, alongside Adrian Gonzalez and Justin Turner who I’m sure if they had the day off would have been at the game.
Still, that didn’t stop them from paying tribute to the Black Mamba.

Once the confetti fell and Bryant’s retirement finally set in for Turner he let out his sadness in the following tweet:

Aside from paying homage to the great Laker legend it seems Turner was inspired to try out new things.
