First positive tests for performance enhancing drugs always receive 80-game suspensions so there is no surprise on that front.
Jurrjens has been a starting pitcher for the Oklahoma City Dodgers all season after signing a Minor League deal with the team. He was pitching to the tune of a 4.64 ERA in 54 1/3 innings over the course of 11 appearances (10 starts) for the team.
Something significant that did come out of this was that he tested positive from a test he took in April, which means it is very possible the drugs were in his body before then while he was pitching in the World Baseball Classic for the Netherlands.
He was the winning pitcher as the Dutch took down Team Israel, allowing the Netherlands to move on.

Jurrjens had quite the involvement in that tournament so there could be quite an uproar.
