When listening to magical voice of 66-year announcer Vin Scully, one might get caught up in all the action, as Scully prepares the viewer for a broadcast presented with imagery and life. When listening to Dodger games, fans across the globe sit down and can enjoy themselves a nice meal while cheering on the Boys in Blue.

One of the finer eating areas in the Los Angeles area just so happens to be one of the biggest Los Angeles Dodger dives in all of Los Angeles. Philippe The Original is a historic deli and restaurant, serving up classic sandwiches for everyone to enjoy. The famous spot has been both a pre- and postgame dinner for many faithful Dodger fans over the years and has resulted in a thriving and successful business.

The food spot has recently announced that they are holding a 10-day contest, where participants have the opportunity at winning two field-level seats to the Sept. 20 game against the Pittsburgh Pirates. Along with the contest rules, Dodger fans have the opportunity to share their favorite meals from the restaurant and how they tie in with their love for Dodger blue!

The contest began on Sept. 8, where fans have the chance to share their favorite Philippe’s photos, from past or present, for a chance to win the contest.

To enter post a picture of your favorite Philippe’s memory, which must include our restaurant or food, to Instagram, Twitter or Facebook. If submitting on Instagram or Twitter use #PhilippesPhotoContest in the caption, and tag @philippetheog. Facebook submissions can be made directly to our wall at facebook.com/philippetheog with #PhilippesPhotoContest in the caption.

The contest will end on Thursday, Sept. 17, at 3 P.M. and the winner will be announced via their social media page that very same day. For more information, you can visit their online website. Enter to win, so you can get a chance to catch your Dodgers in action before the regular season ends!
