Major League Baseball has a new hopeful opening day date that, while optimistic, makes a lot of sense. Brook tells us why.

Minor league players will get paid at least through May in a new agreement… but that still doesn’t make up for already poor compensation. We dig into this further later in the show with our friend and Dodgers Nation prospect expert Tim Rogers.

Mookie Betts is a topic of conversation once, but this time the question is whether or not he would owe the Dodgers anything in the doomsday scenario where no baseball is played in 2020. Of course, he’s not the only Dodger on the roster that could hit free agency next winter…

While talking about Justin Turner and Joc Pederson’s potential LA exodus, Clint opines that someone like Ross Stripling — much like Pederson — would likely gladly jump ship from the Dodgers for greater opportunities.

With SDDodgers Tim, we find out what he’s been up to, and how he’s managing with no baseball. Plus we talk prospects, the All-Star game, and the upcoming website “Dodgers2080“.

Finally, Clint introduces an exciting new segment.
